Service Marketing Disclosure
How the Service Works
Bathtub Overflow Cleanup Team markets bathtub and shower water damage cleanup. Calls may be referred to independently operated restoration service providers. The site operator may receive compensation for a referral. A caller should discuss the property conditions and proposed scope directly with the provider before authorizing work.
Who Performs the Work
The site operator does not perform water extraction, drying, plumbing or building repairs. The company that accepts a job is responsible for describing and performing its own work. The provider controls staffing, methods and any agreement with the property owner.
No Work Promise
Service scope, timing and pricing are set by the provider and property owner. No outcome or response time is warranted by this site. A provider may decline a job or propose different work after assessing conditions.
Insurance Decisions
An insurer decides whether a loss is covered under the applicable policy. Service providers may document damage, but their records do not determine insurance payment. A deductible, exclusion or limit may affect the amount paid.
